Rules & alerts

Turn market signals into alerts and stress scenarios

Give your risk team a repeatable path from 24/7 market intelligence to financial stress testing: define a rule, receive a notification and review a private scenario.

Available only when company rules are enabled for the beta rollout. New rules are paused by default; an admin reviews and enables them.

Choose the conditions that matter

Company admins create, edit, test, pause and delete rules using supported sources and thresholds. Company members can view the rules and trigger history. An observational test checks a rule without sending notifications or generating a scenario.

Level rules

Watch a supported market or economic series against a chosen threshold to identify conditions your team wants to investigate.

Change rules

Watch supported changes in a series to flag a move that matters, even when its absolute level is less informative.

Probability rules

Watch a supported prediction-market probability against a threshold and use the underlying event question to frame the risk.

One trigger, a private scenario to review

A qualifying trigger records a company-private event and notifies eligible members through their configured in-app and email preferences. The rule starts one private hypothetical scenario, grounded in the trigger evidence and using the selected severity. Cooldowns help control repeated triggers.

Each rule has an assigned generation owner: an active company admin with a seat, defaulting to the creator. When the scenario is ready, the alert links to it. Your team then reviews the scenario and decides when to apply it to portfolio exposures for stress testing.

Shared allowance, including automatic generation

Automatic and manual scenarios use the same monthly company allowance, shared across seats. There is no separate automatic-generation cap. Enabled rules can consume the allowance that your team also uses for manual scenarios.

Monitoring and alerts continue when the allowance is exhausted. If generation cannot start because allowance is unavailable or the owner is ineligible, the event records the reason. Skipped triggers are not automatically replayed at monthly renewal.

Around-the-clock monitoring

Rules are checked around the clock, so your team hears about a qualifying move without watching screens. Each reading is as fresh as its source.

Illustrative example — not a live signal

Watch a probability threshold

An admin sets a supported prediction-market rule to trigger above 60%, chooses a severity and generation owner, and enables the rule. When a scheduled check finds a qualifying observation, members receive their configured notifications. One private hypothetical scenario enters generation if allowance and owner eligibility permit. The team reviews its assumptions before running a portfolio stress test; the example probability is not a prediction of portfolio loss.
